Classes are offered in an 8-week, online format allowing you to finish your Bachelor's degree at your own pace. With your own dedicated program advisor and a flexible, individualized approach, you can plan your future and walk across that graduation stage in the next year. Choose any of the following start dates: August 16, 2022, October 10, 2022, January 10, 2023, and March 13, 2023. Leadership & Professional Development

With a small set of core classes with an emphasis on transferable leadership skills, like communication, problem-solving, and motivating others, the rest of your program will be focused in an area of your choosing. Let this program help you with individualized professional development, teamwork, collaboration, and community-building skills. You can expect to graduate in as little as one year, depending on your ability to enroll full-time enroll and your entry qualifications.

Organizational Leadership & Supervision

This program provides the competencies needed to undertake leadership and supervisory roles that complement the technical expertise required by various industries and non-profit organizations. The program also helps students acquire skills, knowledge, and attitudes that will enhance them personally as well as professionally, advance in their chosen careers or change careers, complete an educational program started but never finished. 60 credits or more.

General Studies

The General Studies program provides a flexible, convenient, and individualized approach to education. Each student works with an advisor to create a program of study tailored to support the student's career goals. Graduates possess the critical thinking, leadership, and interpersonal and communication skills valued by employers.
